Well, this is my actual first posting here.
Have been experiencing technical difficulties
on my other blog, & took others’ suggestions
to go elsewhere. I’m not a techie, so I don’t
know what the problem is, but I want to
thank my dear friends for their encourage-
ment!
This is going to take getting used to – but
I do want to state the purpose of this blog.
As with the other, the most important thing
is not what I write, but what is linked to
the right…
& that includes you! 
I’ll miss your old blog, but I’m just glad you’re blogging again

I will keep the old one there in case it sputters to life again – but my computer in general is slower than molasses in January, which is a pain, but I’m hoping it gets better.

And I am confused too about adding stuff in the sidebars, etc. so many folks have neat looking stuff, but I’m deathly afraid I’ll lose everything if I experiment…

Exactly – I don’t have any idea what it means to drag a widget, but it doesn’t sound pretty. I’m thinking if I add a calendar, I’m going to lose my links.
