from Ignatius Press…
Dear and Glorious Physician,
by Taylor Caldwell -
H/T: Mom:-)
Growing up, this book, (one
of my mother’s favorites) - about
St. Luke, was practically required
reading.
It has been out-of-print for a while
now, so it’s great to see Ignatius Press
making it available again.
Labels: And I can’t help wondering…

I keep a list of books to get people for Christmas, and there’s a good chance my Mom will get this one this year. Thanks for posting- it looks like a good one!

If you do, please read it as well - you won’t be sorry. I read it as an older teen - and what I am wondering about is… at the first Chesterton conference I was lucky enough to attend in 2006, it was one of three books that I gave to Joseph Pearce to read (at my mom’s urging - it was the only one of the three she felt was imperative he, and everyone else for that matter, should read). And now, Ignatius Press, who of course publishes most of his books, is re-issuing it…
Coincidence?
